Great marina. Drop is free only 15$ parking with a trailer for the day
About as poorly handled as one could imagine. I hope that when the has cap is delivered it is accompanied by a gift certificate for a free tank of has. Otherwise, all of us will now go to Westport and $1000's of dollars will be shifted.
Open and helpful when others weren't
Ironically, the owner of the boat has steered a group of us that are 4 generation Lake Champlain boaters to Point Bay rather than Westport or Essex.

Great staff, treat you like a big family. Store, fuel dock, pump outs, service. A full service marina.
Jeff dropped my friends gas cap in the water, and his only comment was "that is poorly designed." No apology, and made us feel like we had done something wrong. He then told ME to go up to the store to look at what they had. I suggested perhaps he should do it.
Todd came down and his FIRST comment was "I heard you gave our guys a hard time." To ne fair, he ended up doing a lot to try and help, and once he heard how poorly Jeff had handled the situation we got our first apology (an hour into the ordeal). He then charged us the full price of the gas without any discount despite being responsible for us losing an afternoo n of boating.
